BBC and RSPB Great Birdwatch

Big Garden Birdwatch?
We live in a rural part of the county and as such it made sense that when I listened to an advert on the radio for the Big Garden Birdwatch, I then had the best excuse I needed to grab a cuppa, a pen and a piece of paper to spend the next hour counting the birds that were using our garden as a feeding station.
Simply make a note not flying over it) at any one time on either Saturday 28, or Sunday 29 January 2012.and then tell the RSPB what you saw.
In 10 minutes I counted, 3 Ring neck doves, 3 Robins, 3 thrushes, 10 dunnocks, 8 sparrows, 2 chaffinches, 1 magpie, 1 wren and 2 bluetits.
Swiftly followed by a neighbour's cat followed by our dog?.. the food chain continues?.
