Gadget

I am not into gadgets. I like my "nice" fountain pen, and my very capable camera, though I wouldn't care much if they were of some other brand than they are. The whole Mac vs PC debate escapes me. It took me forever to remember the model of our car. You get the picture.

Enter my new vacuum cleaner. Again, the brand doesn't mean much to me, but I am in love with a piece of machine, used to clean floors, no less. Ever since Little Man was diagnosed with a number of environmental allergies, I became a bit obsessed with dust. Or lack of it.

Husband Dear found a factory refurbished specimen on woot, for a fraction of its original price. The original price was ridiculous, I might add. And I got it for my birthday. I've never been more happy to receive a piece of electrical equipment! Here is to cleanliness, which is right next to godliness!!!
