Old Man's Beard

Spent the morning at Chippenham Mind and most of it in with Lucy, Art Therapist.
It was an interesting morning. Some days I really struggle with the noise that comes from the group, I have in the past just written down

blah blah blah blah as the noise level's grew.

I have decided to walk a bit more than I was and had walked into Chippenham today and walking past the Council Offices and Olympiad {leisure centre} saw the old man's beard. I have fond memories of this plant from childhood.
