Sunny Monday (well, afternoon anyway)

It cleared at 1:15 pm. I set off after lunch when it was still cloudy after a dull morning. Suddenly, within the space of a couple of minutes, the blanket of cloud rolled away to the west to be replaced with bright blue skies and sunshine for a couple of hours. So this blip is presented simply as a contrast to yesterday.

I am learning that blue skies are not the only good conditions for photography. Low light and grey can be a challenge, but sometimes the results are really atmospheric. I enjoy being out in wild weather anyway, so the photography and walking are happily combining as "whatever the weather" occupations. (My camera's not so keen on the rain, though).
