No Swimming at the Pier
I don't know why you need a sign like this at Luss pier in Loch Lomond. It was cold enough just being on the pier trying to take this photograph without chittering.
We had a drive over to Luss with Amélie today around dinner time and I carted her around in her sling. The sky was beautiful about 5 minutes before arriving as the sun was setting, however I was still behind the wheel of the car and had to wait.
Today I had a backup blip: It was my donor card. It arrived in the post after a few months of waiting on it. I had decided to give blood (something I've been terrified to do in the past) just before my wife's due date as I had felt it was the least I could offer to do at this time of her being prodded/poked and used as a pin cushion Its not a huge deal I know but it was something that involved personal discomfort and I'm glad I did it as today i found out my blood group is O+ which is the regarded as one of the most popular and every other type can accept it so its great that this can help others.
Off to the Baptismal meeting that we were a week early for last week!
