Jan 30+1 challenge : Black and white

There's not really much to talk about today, it was fairly uneventful, I went shopping with Alice ( a real treat !) and watched this I implore you to watch it even if you aren't a Depeche Mode fan, this man is a real Dad and the rest of us should feel mildly ashamed.

Back to the Docs again with another issue, Iseem to have a season ticket at the minute, I can't wait until I'm well enough to start taking some exercise again.

Today's blip is the penultimate jan challenge 30+1 _ black and white. This is five minutes walk from my house, I've been here before, in colour but mono and a 16 x 7 crop seems to work.
