Backblipping Sucks

What can you do when you look at your images from three weeks ago to backblip and you find pictures of: a coffee cup, eggs for breakfast, ice cream for lunch, and Mr. Apple holding Fergus? Not too much choice there.

Thanks to my line a day journal, I can "remember" that I spent the day quiet, not speaking, trying to get my terrible cough to heal up and go away. The rest seemed to help a bit but it meant missing my planned 13 miler today, the first big miss I've had in the marathon training plan.

p.s. In this photo, Fergus is curled up in a ball with his paw covering his eyes, but completely vertical in Mr. Apple's arms.
