Protection

My eggs are safe and sound in the confines of my new birthday basket.

And my friend appears to have his own boney protection, surviving the accident with a range of injuries including three broken ribs, a punctured lung and a fractured skull. Today's brain scan came back clear...at some point we will joke that this was because he doesn't have a very big brain...but today it's a feeling of pure relief. One step in the long road to recovery. Onwards and upwards.
