....I thoroughly recommend lining up some coloured Quality Street wrappers (without the foil) on your laptop and photographing them - perhaps holding one over the lens for extra outstanding daftness.

If nothing else, the sheer ridiculousness of what you are doing might cheer you up and make you feel a little less like a boring old sod.

I'm off to Sainsbury's dot co dot UK now to buy the week's groceries.
