keep on running

The route of tonights run. This is a 5k which is becoming our regular weeknight circuit. Tonight is the first time we got all the way round without having to walk :) I have a new friend and running partner and it is only two and a half weeks since we started, although we have both done some running in the past. Making great progress, mainly injury free so far and feeling on top of the world about it.
