Sorry!

Don't get me wrong. I like this pic, I do love my garden birds.
But yes, it's an easy blip. Sorry, but I have an excuse. I've had a shite day.

Our most delicate, innocent and sweet Tabby, Minnalouche (see yesterday's blip) got violently attacked some time during the very early morning, probably by one of the many unneutered feral tomcats that live around here.

So both she and I have been rather sick today. Minnalouche with fear, trying to recover from her first ever aggressive attack on her little self. And I with fear of her being seriously hurt, which I now know is not the case. But she would not let me touch her until now, so I was very worried. Plus! She ran away when I tried to examine her for wounds and she stayed outside all day, which *trust me* is not like her at all.

She is now back in the house (thank heavens!) and she seems to feel a little better/safer. She reluctantly lets me pet her again.

I hope she will be kind of back to her old self tomorrow morning.
*crosses fingers*...
