Yellow for friendship

I think that I have mentioned before that, living on my own, I usually have to buy my own flowers. Occasionally I don't.

Today I was having a textalogue (dialogue via text) with a really good friend and I said I was going to buy some flowers. "Get yellow ones," they said, "for friendship." According to the web, the colour yellow also stands for wisdom, joy, happiness and intellectual energy.

So, though technically I bought these for myself, they were kind of bought for me. Friends are very precious don't you think?
