Cacti

Tucson is great. It's like something out of a Western with cacti everywhere you look. Not just the little things you buy in pots at B&Q either; I'm talking monsters like this guy, and they are literally everywhere. In the desert, the side of the road, people's gardens, everywhere.

The weather is now fantastic; a nice mid-twenties with a slight breeze. We even took the boys for a swim in the hotel's outdoor pool today. It's mad to think that I was stomping through snow at the Grand Canyon only a couple of days ago.

We've got another day here and then we drive to San Diego for the last couple of days of the holiday.
