Call out

John has just returned from a mountain rescue call out. They had to retrieve a body of someone who had had a heart attack in a ravine. Unfortunately he was pronounced dead. They had to carry him out up a steep hill. A hard job but they do it with such respect and dignity.

Today has been a full on day. I decided not to stress out about it and just go with the flow, just getting through each section of the day. Interestingly, the things that I thought would have been stressful changed. Other parts that should have been fine changed but was dealt with as it happened. Worrying wouldn't have helped as I never predicted the different scenario.

I've achieved a lot today and am trashed. Need to try and take some time out tomorrow night and not work so hard. Jasmine had pointe tonight and Jaden Cubs. Lots of dashing around taxiing! Fingers crossed I'll have time this weekend to catch up with all your fab journals.

Only took a couple of pictures tonight -no flash! Can't believe how much better the photos are not that Karen has sorted my settings. It has made such a difference! No more orange indoor shots! Yeah!
