I will attempt this recipe. It's in one of my cookbooks "america's most wanted recipes" by Ron Douglas.

I love love love tiramisu! The oldests class is hosting a *fancy* dinner at school to raise money for their class trip in April to Boston. So, I've signed up to help set up and make a fancy dessert. Well, ill be making 2. Because im not gonna deny myself my favorite dessert while sending one to the oldests school to be enjoyed by everyone else!

These cakes will be made either Friday or Saturday. Ive got a second fridge that will keep them safe..Until Saturday night when they will be devoured. ;)
