Zoom Fun!

I saw a photo in a book with this sort of effect. It was done much better of course. I didn't read up on how it was achieved, but had to have a go regardless.

I know you can't tell, but this is a rose.

I zoomed on a slow shutter speed. I think the concept has merit, so now I'll go and read up on how it should be done and get back to you...
