Long Overdue
We moved here nearly fifteen years ago, and in that time we have accumulated all sorts.
This is a very poor photo of my lovely pantry, my lovely clean pantry.
It's still raining, so it seemed a good time to get stuck in.
Gone the tin of sweet corn right up the back, the sachets of spices which had long ago lost any flavour, the cous cous which somehow never complemented that yummy lamb meal, the jar containing an unidentifiable powder, the packets of various strange ingredients with use by dates of 2000.
All gone.
In their place a clean and orderly arrangement of goods. (Won't last long:) )
In the 60s a large group of people belonging to a sect lived in this house, and we have had several visits from people who grew up here. They weren't allowed to take photos, so it's not surprising that so many of them want to revisit.
Because of this we know that this pantry was once a child's bedroom and that our living room was the classroom.
One visitor was born in Mr T's study.
Today is Doli's 100th blip. If you haven't seen it, do drop over. I think it's one of the best anniversary blips I've seen.
