Eyelashed

Mrs tsuken and I encountered this today.

Wow, said we.

I instagrammed it initially, but didn't try to blip the instagram, as it has a border (albeit a black one). So I opened the original pic in Filterstorm on my iPhone and pretty much duplicated the look, with an overlay layer about 75% opacity or so, and adjusting the hue (towards red and yellow). I also sharpened it and cropped to square.
