To Castle Ring

It was icy but brilliant this morning. The swim was blissful - steam rising and the sunrise was spectacular (but they don't allow ANY cameras inside the Health Club for understandable reasons)

Later I went for a walk up to the ancient Iron Age fort

The woodlands around this mystical place were very special in the sun and sharpness.

Walking round, a group tried to hi-jack my blip (but I didn't like the quality of the shot although the fun fitted.)

It was such a beautiful morning. Everywhere was still
frozen and making lovely patterns

Even Rugeley B Power station looked pretty special
as industry meets the beauty of the countryside

And of course I met a little friend
out for a walk
and even the Pet Services lady with her charges was making the most of the morning.
