Parilla
Close to some of the best meat I have ever had, in a Parilla out of town. 9 of us Aussies went for a feast of chicken, lamb, chirizo, beef, intestines, pork, more sausage and things I can´t remember. This is how the meat is cooked. Deliciouso!
