winters calm

It has been a glorious winter day today with a very cold stillness and beautiful sunshine. This is the Moray Firth looking from Fortrose towards Inverness and the Kessock Bridge. Such a peaceful day. I spent the morning with a friend, then called past work to introduce baby Hugh to some more friends then had lunch with my dad. We had some sad news today but on a beautiful peaceful day like today you can't help but feel calm and have hope.
