Winter Sunshine

Back to work and it was a bit of a struggle!

On the way home, just had to stop and Blip a little bit of the lovely winter sunshine!

This evening at Running Club it was the 5km time trial, first time I have done this and was keen to beat my 5km (diffrent route) PB of 30mins 21seconds.

Managed to keep with K for about 4km then she took off, tried to stay with her but no chance. However I was super chuffed to finish in 28mins, a whopping 2mins 21seconds faster than I have ever run before and the temp was -2 degreed, brrrrrrrrrrrr!!!
