Who Knows Where the Time Goes

Here at the Paignton Home for Pensioners we enjoy a night out and a bit of nostagia so last night's visit to Exeter with friends to see Fairport Convention fitted the bill on both counts. I dug out the album from the box in the garage today and our old selves seemed to reappear. It is 43 years old and of the six in the group then only one was there last night, whereas our little duo still has the same line up. Mind you we can't play a note of music between us, but we've always been quite good at washing up together, and so on. The support act, Kieran Goss, stole the show though and tugged at us movers' heartstrings by dedicating 'Reasons to Leave' to all those a long way from home, which in some ways we are.
