last day of the shooting season today with a day for the beaters - I didn't take part in the shooting bit - mainly because I haven't got a gun.

Started a bit of a fitness thing this evening - trying to do 30 lenghts at the local pool every day for 2 weeks - wasn't enjoying the gym and my knees were hurting.
