Say Cheese!

Inspired by Treegonk and his butcher shot, this is Cedric, who specialises in french cheeses. He brings his cheesee peasee van to Gifford every Thursday morning. I'm always pestering him for more cheeses from the Franche Comte region where my mum comes from. He does have Comte and Morbier, but as yet no Cancoillotte. He's always up for a chat and was telling me this morning that it took him four years to find the right spot in North Berwick to sell his cheeses. Now he takes more in three hours there on a Friday evening than he does all day Saturday in Edinburgh. He's got his sights on Dunbar next....
