anyone who lives in aberdeen/shire will probably recognise this lady as the 'guitar wifie' from outside the st. nicholas centre. she's become more well known these days thanks to a facebook page set up in her honour...good on her, she seems to manage to make money out of being completely terrible on the guitar and knowing no chords at all. she was really going for it today and seemed more than happy for me to take her photo...

anyway, I'm jiggered now and I have come home to see the news that one of the tenders of the union terrace gardens development had announced on their website earlier that they had won the tender - before the public consultation has taken place!! what the blazes is happening to this country?
