Off Season

After a meeting in Inveraray, I strolled to the pier to take a look at the Arctic Penguin Maritime Museum. I'm sure it will be spruced up for the tourists, but right now it is a picture of decay and neglect. It just leaves you with a sense of sadness.
I think Argyll can do better.
