To rhyme with 'mice'

Meeting this morning at Kensington Town Hall, going cap in hand to the powers that be for a bit of extra cash for services for homeless people.

Kensington Town Hall is a bastion of 70's chic (if that's not a contradiction in terms) and is one of very few buildings made from metric bricks.
It was designed by Sir Basil Spence who died just ten days before it was finished in 1976.

The councillor with responsibility for housing is a very nice bloke, but soooo posh that he pronounces 'housing', 'hicing' (rhymes with 'mice').
As far as I'm concerned he can pronounce it any way he blinkin' well likes because he said 'yes' to the funding - get in!!
