What happened to yesterday?

I know, I know. I committed a cardinal sin in the world of photography and forgot to check that my batteries were charged. Mea culpa.

Anyhoo, this is (part of) the view from the hotel room window in Perugia which was a little gem of a place. This was at the end of a fairly loud thunder and lightning storm just as everything was starting to brighten up again. The Apennines are in the background (I think).
