A quiet place

Last time I was in the beautiful gothic Suzallo Library on the UW campus, I thought I should try blipping this reading room with hdr. The kids think it's how Hogwarts looked in Harry Potter. Today was supposed to be sunny, but wasn't quite - altho there was some early this morning along with lovely flat water for our first row since the snow. So....an indoor blip to experiment with the tonemapping software. Didn't have a tripod with me, so I think it could be sharper, but at least you can see the details in the ceiling this way. It's a gorgeous space.

Out to dinner tonight with a friend, while H has his annual dinner with his old colleagues. Yea!
