Lead with your belt

Work melted my brain...again. Giant snowstorm, or no giant snowstorm, I was going to karate tonight. Class was great and then we sparred for a good 30 minutes afterward. I got some great advice that I think is really going to help in the tournament next weekend.

Smashing and getting smashed definitely improved the mood. Even the nasty drive home wasn't enough to kill the buzz. Now, if only this snow will hit the ski mountains too!
