Breakfast!

A lovely bright, crisp morning today and I went for a wander down by Culloden House hotel when I spotted a lady going into the grounds carrying a loaf of bread. I'm an inquisitive sod so I followed and she led me to a lovely little pond which was ice covered apart from a small section which had been protected by the trees As she opened her food stuff she spotted me and I got her (Pauline's) permission to include her in some of my shots. Apparently she comes and feeds the various birds here every morning , this being no exception apart from the fact that this morning she had forgotten the bread, so, she got into her car and headed of to the nearest shop and bought a loaf. It was obvious that the birds recognised her because they appeared as if from nowhere. As well as getting some reasonable shots we had a lovely chat. A great blipping morning.
