Rodden Meadow in winter

I haven't been able to go into Rodden Meadow for weeks as it's been too muddy, but the mud was well and truly frozen today (it was -10 when I took hubby to work!) I decided to take my compact camera as I knew that I had quite a lot of walking to do - from the garage (new motor for the rear wiper) to home, then to the GP surgery and back, then into town before going back to the garage to collect the car. All good healthy stuff but ... brrrr! I was hoping to get some frosty close-ups but this view of the meadow won out.
