Wor Elsie

Elsie is one of my neighbours. She's up and about again after a bit of a fall.

The Highway Code states that you cannot stop, wait or drop off passengers on Zig Zag lines.

We'll give Elsie the benefit of the doubt today ... She is a learner driver after all!
