Sharp frost
It has been a busy day today already, with a big shopping expedition and getting the house ready for our visit from Rosie, my sister. Flakes of snow were falling as the wind picked after I drove the car to a safe place; when it snows I usually can't move the car because of the slope of the road we live on. I've just lit our coal fire so perhaps we can snuggle down for a day of keeping warm and doing a jigsaw by the fire.
I nipped out to the garden and saw some frost formation on the green house panes. I love the way ice is generated fractally and thought it might be a timely view, especially for any blippers in the southern hemisphere. I like the see through effect of the frost on the glass.
