Early Birthday Cake

Ben's birthday is this coming Thurs but as he's going to be away I've made early birthday cake. He had the choice of anything in the Mary Berry Baking Bible that arrived earlier in the week and he chose Butterfly Cakes (few as I'm not a great baker!).

We haven't tasted them yet - fingers crossed they are edible!
