A Series Of Photographs Of My Orchids

The alba form of a vandaceous orchid species Rhynchostylis gigantea. One of the "foxtail" orchids because of the way the inflorescence presents - a long spike with quarter (that is an American coin for all you Anglo-European, Asian, ANZ and elsewhere Bliparians) size flowers encircling it. The fragrance is wonderful - herbal (think rosemary, club moss and vetiver with a slight element of mothballs), astringent and potent. White is the more unusual color form.
