A sunrise to welcome me home!

It was great to be looking out at the fell through the trees again. As the colours came up I was able to blip this out of a back window.

But today now I have been hit by such a mix of emotions. I have come home happily improving, but we heard later this morning that my special dear sick friend in London died last night. She was so brave battling with breast cancer, eventually suffering tumours on the brain. I can't take it in yet...Just so very glad I made it to London and got to see her before...
