Snow and cold weather throughout the Balkans

Snow and very low temperatures are everyday life in Kosovo.
Prizren city and its residents rarely see snow, and these days they were totally surprised and unprepared in traffic. Drivers do not have winter equipment on roads is a big delay for that.
