Breaking through

I took the dog for a walk up Topped Mountain today. Very wet and cold! I rather unwisely brought the camera, in the futile hope that there might be something worth capturing. But, as I suspected, it was way too wet and windy to snap anything interesting.
I did, however, manage to get this shot between the showers. It's amazing to thing that just above all the cloud, wind and rain there's a beautiful blue sky.
Anyhow, after 2 hours of exposure to the elements, myself and Frank headed home to the fire :)
