Ice

Since I took this photo this morning everything has been covered in snow but this shows it was already pretty cold! Obviously I put fresh (unfrozen) water out, will go out and do it again tomorrow morning as I think it will be frozen again.

It was nearly a rugby blip, as we've been at Sixways for a game this afternoon but it has snowed all through the game so the light wasn't great - plus I had so many layers on I could hardly move ;o)

We had planned to stay at Sixways to watch the England game in the bar but decided that we would be better off getting home before the snow started freezing and causing chaos. We then watched the match on delay as we'd recorded it - had to stay off twitter and facebook so we didn't find out the score.

Not a classic game and you could argue that Scotland lost it more than England won - but who cares - a win is a win and it was a good start for the new England regime. Worcester won as well, beating Ospreys 24-14 so a good rugby day all round for us.
