Getting ready for tomorrow night

Tomorrow night Patrick and Dolores are coming for dinner. I'm making a cuban chicken and black bean recipe from Allegra McKevedy's 'Economy Gastronomy'.

The chicken will marinate overnight in cumin, lime juice and olive oil.
