Late Night Sainsbury in the Cold

So it was minus something outside and I had the brainwave to feed Chug (my car). Off I toodled to Sainsbury where the petrol station clerk pointed out a taxi driver had informed him an hour before that it was -5 outside then. He helpfully advised the best place to stand in the garage for heat. So I stood rubbing my hands over a box of wine gums (I think) underneath the air conditioning vent in Sainsbury Torquay petrol station for a short while. It was magnificent. Eventually I teared myself away and headed into the supermarket for some shopping. It was pretty empty. Well I suppose people have better things to do at 9pm on a Friday night huh. So I kept bumping into this lady who was incredibly prepared for the cold. I noticed at the checkout that her husband didn't have a hat. I wonder if Mrs Million Layers tells him off for that.
