On the way home

And this was the road that was open!!

Our trip took 958km and 12 hours. It should have only been a 6-7 hour drive. But flood waters meant a long detour.

Nevertheless we are now home and pleased to see that the house is still standing and the animals are all fine.

Now for a good night's sleep :)
