Snow Sunday

The club fell race at Langsett has been cancelled. Jan and I were in charge of the catering and have spent the last two weeks making cakes. The freezer is now full os 150 bread rolls and assorted cakes. Stacks of cheese and tuna will will save for another day but too late for the 2 dozen eggs we made into egg mayonaise yesterday. Egg sandwiches for today and tomorrow. You can have too much of a good thing.
Owen is pleased though and has made good headway into the caramel slice.
