Northern Hawk Owl

Took some food for the birds in the woods. A bit colder than yesterday when it was about 20 Celsius degrees but that was in Hong Kong. In Finland today it's about -30 degrees.

There is this dead tree on a my way to our place and I always look if there is something. So far only few crows have been there but today there was this owl. This is already third owl I've seen this winter here. And they have all been different species. First the Ural Owl (viirupöllö) then the Tengmalm's Owl (helmipöllö) and now this (hiiripöllö).
