Building

This strange shaped building also stands near my place.
With a round shaped top, the metallic building is actually a sports center for the inhabitants of the ward.
There is a gym and a swimming pool inside the building.

By the way, do you see what the tower standing on the left of the building is?
The clue is "I took this blip in the evening".
