When the ship comes in

This weekend is Bristol harbour festival and I enjoyed an afternoon of sunshine (I got a bit sunburt too), live jazz and relax along the riverside. It was so busy.

This is a picture of the SS Great Britain which was sailing along the river for the occasion. Designed by Brunel and lunched ion 1843, it was the first ocean-going ship to have an iron hull and a screw propeller and the biggest at the time.

I think it looks awesome!
