Man of the match
It was Rugby this morning. We played Penzance who had two teams to our one. So our players played two games of Rugby to Penzance's one. I was proud of the lot of them as they fought and fought to the end, even though they were all tired, bashed and bruised. On aggregate over the two games they won!
Ally played his heart out and at the end was, tired out, he could hardly walk, his head was down and he had tears in his eyes. Don't worry it was nothing a coke and a few sweets in the clubhouse couldn't sort out and he was back running around full of energy 15 minutes later.
I was proud of Ally even before he was given man of the match. It was for being the most improved player.
We then had a dinner with the tinkhams who are now on their way back up country. The days not over as we have a baby sitter tonight so Carolyn and I are off for a night at the cinema.
