I had fully planned to go for a family walk with the intention of grabbing something good to blip about. Unfortunately I started cooking, 1st Lentil and Bacon soup, then I decided to have a go at flapjacks (well my variation) for the 1st time. Pleased with the result, this batch should keep my going for the next couple of days. End result no family walk, no real blip in the bag, so emergency blip it is then. Still knackered despite not leaving the house. A man's work is never done....
